Zuzanna Kann

Zuzanna Julia Kann (1990) – Ph.D. student in the Section for Theatre and Performance. Graduate of cultural studies at the Warsaw University. (M.A. thesis Indian dance: between archive and repertoire. Woman silhouette’s creation method based on odissi and seraikela chhau dance forms). She is involved in classical temple Indian dances odissi and bharatanatyam and semi classical martial dance seraikela chhau. She studied under the tutelage of renowned Indian teachers in India (Smt. Kavita Dwibedi, Guru Shashadhar Acharya).
She performed inter alia in the Świętokrzyska Philharmonic, the Grotowski Institute in Wrocław and the Zbigniew Raszewski Institute in Warsaw.

She co-manages the Nataraja Dance Theatre in Warsaw.
