Jan Borowicz

Jan Borowicz – PhD, graduate of psychology and cultural studies. His areas of research and publications focus on psychoanalysis, Holocaust and memory studies. He published a book on the body politics in the Nazi cinema, and currently is working on a book about the perverse Polish memory of the Holocaust. His publications in English include articles: Holocaust Zombies: Mourning and Memory in Polish Contemporary Culture, in: Revisiting Holocaust Representation in the Post-Witness Era (eds. Diana I. Popescu and Tanja Schult, Palgrave Macmillan, 2015); Boredom and Violence. Returning to the Perverse Scene of Postmemory, in: Entangled Memories Remembering the Holocaust in a Global Age (eds.
