A Cultural Studies graduate at the Institute of Polish Culture at the University of Warsaw, currently a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Humanities at the University of Warsaw. She was the co-organizer of the student-doctoral conference Krnąbrne (p)odejścia and an editor of the forthcoming post-conference volume. She is working on a doctoral dissertation focused on the energy transition in Eastern Greater Poland, observed through the lens of critical heritage studies.
Her research interests center around contemporary socio-cultural transformations in connection with local and global environmental and climate policies. In this context, she is particularly fascinated by the tension between commemorating imagined pasts and acting toward anticipated futures. She is also interested in issues concerning the conditions of knowledge production, transmission, circulation, and hierarchization, as well as (self-)reflection on the practice of the humanities as a distinct and deeply entangled cultural activity.
